- Paneer (200 gm,Blanch and cut it into cubes)
- Gram flour(2tbsp)
- Corn flour(1tbsp)
- Maida(1tsp)
- Jaljeera/Pani puri Masala powder(1tbsp)
- Garam Masala(1/2 tsp)
- Yogurt(2tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Coriander(1 cup)
- Mint leaves(1/4 cup)
- Green chillies (4-5)
- (Grind Coriander,mint and green chili to a coarse )
- Red,green,yellow,orange bell pepper, onion,tomato(1/4 cup each, cut into cubes)
- Oil for shallow frying.
Preparation
- Mix all the above ingredients with the paneer. (Except onion,tomato,bell peppers). Marinate and keep aside for ½ hour.
2. In a pan add sweet bell peppers,onion,tomato,garam masala and saute for 1 min(without oil), then take it out in a plate.
3. Now shallow fry the paneer on a tawa.
4. Arrange the fried paneer cubes with sauted bell peppers,tomato and onion in a skewer or bamboo stick.
