Ingredients
- prawn (15-20 pieces)
- Onion chopped(1/2 cup)
- Tomato Chopped (1/2 cup)
- Coriander leaves (1/2 cup)
- Garlic (4-5 colves)
- Green chili (1-2)
- Coconut paste (1/2 cup)
- turmeric pwd (1 tsp)
- Red chili pwd (1 tsp)
- Cumin seeds( 1/2 tsp)
- Oil as needed
- Salt to taste
Preparation
1. Make a paste of coriander leaves, garlic, greenchili.
2. Marinate prawn with this green paste, turmeric pwd, red chili pwd and salt. Keep for half an hour.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onion one by one.
4. Add chopped tomato when the onion becomes golden brown.
5. Fry for 2-3 min and add the marinated prawn.
6. Cook for 4-5 min and add coconut paste. keep stiring in between.
7. Now your prawn in coconut paste is ready. Serve hot with Roti or paratha
