Ingredients
- Raw mango ( 1-2)
- White mustard seeds(4tbsp)
- Black mustard seeds (1tbsp)
- Fenugreek seeds(2tsp)
- fennel seeds(2tsp)
- small fennel seeds (2tsp)
- Nigella seeds/ kalonji (1tsp)
- Hing (1/3 sp)
- Red chili pwd (2tsp)
- Turmeric pwd ( 2tsp)
- Mustard oil (1/2 cup)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash & dry the mango and cut into small pieces. ( see the pic)
- Make a dry powder of white mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, fenugreek
- seeds, fennel seeds.
- Add all the ingredients in a large pot and mix with the mango pieces.
- Pour the spiced mango n a glass jar.
- Keep the jar for 2-3 days for sun dry.
- Now keep the jar in cool and dry place.
