Ingredients
- Ricotta Cheese(1 can,425gm)
- Sweetened Condensed Milk(400gm)
- Shredded almond (10-12 pc)
- Cardamom powder(1/2 tsp)
- In a microwave safe large bowl whisk ricotta Cheese and Condensed Milk very well.
- Microwave it for 4 minutes, uncovered.
- Take out and whisk well.Repeat this process for 2 more times.
- Again Microwave for 2 mins covered.Take out and mix.repeat 3 times.
- Now it should be semi solid. Add cardamon powder. Mix well.
- Pour this mixture into greased rectangle dish and flatten the mixture by a spatula.
- Leave it for 15 min to cool down and slightly cut by knife.
- Garnish with shredded almond over it.(see picture)
- cover it and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Then cut into rectangular shape.
- Now your Kalakand is ready.. serve fresh as dessert.
- Note:By adding different color,essence and dry fruits.you can make your own taste.
