Kalakand

Ingredients

  • Ricotta Cheese(1 can,425gm)
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk(400gm)
  • Shredded almond (10-12 pc)
  • Cardamom powder(1/2 tsp)


Preparation
  1. In a microwave safe large bowl whisk ricotta Cheese and  Condensed Milk very well.
  2. Microwave it for 4 minutes, uncovered.
  3. Take out and whisk well.Repeat this process for 2 more times.
  4. Again Microwave for 2 mins covered.Take out and mix.repeat 3 times.
  5. Now it should be semi solid. Add cardamon powder. Mix well.
  6. Pour this mixture into greased rectangle dish and flatten the mixture by  a spatula.
  7. Leave it for 15 min to cool down and slightly cut by knife.
  8. Garnish with shredded almond over it.(see picture)
  9. cover it and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  10. Then cut into rectangular shape.
  11. Now your  Kalakand is ready.. serve fresh as dessert.
  12. Note:By adding different color,essence and dry fruits.you can make your own taste.
