Reshmi Kebab




Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken (Cut into cubes, 1/2 kg)
  • Heavy Whipping Cream ( 1/2 cup)
  • Ginger chopped (2 tsp)
  • Garlic chopped (2 tsp)
  • Mint Leaves (1/4 cup)
  • Coriander Leaves (1/2 cup)
  • Green Chilies (2-3,as per taste)
  • Black pepper powder (1tsp)
  • Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • Salt to taste

Preparation
  • Make a fine paste of ginger,garlic,coriander leaves, mint leaves,green chili.
  • Add the paste and mix with the cream in a mixing bowl.
  • Then add chicken pieces, salt, lemon juice and black pepper pdr and mix well.

  • Cover and keep in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4-5 hours.

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 1-2 hours.
  • Cover a baking tray with the aluminium foil and spray some oil on foil.
  • Arrange the chicken onto the skewers. (If you don't have skewers, you can only put the chicken pieces on the tray)
  • Broil in the oven on 450 degree (on top shelf) for 10-15 minutes or till the chicken pieces light brown, check in between.
  • Turn chicken over and spray some oil and continue to broil for another 5 – 7 minutes.
  • Now your Reshmi Kebab is ready. Serve hot with green chutney and some salad.
