- Boneless Chicken (Cut into cubes, 1/2 kg)
- Heavy Whipping Cream ( 1/2 cup)
- Ginger chopped (2 tsp)
- Garlic chopped (2 tsp)
- Mint Leaves (1/4 cup)
- Coriander Leaves (1/2 cup)
- Green Chilies (2-3,as per taste)
- Black pepper powder (1tsp)
- Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Make a fine paste of ginger,garlic,coriander leaves, mint leaves,green chili.
- Add the paste and mix with the cream in a mixing bowl.
- Then add chicken pieces, salt, lemon juice and black pepper pdr and mix well.
- Cover and keep in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 4-5 hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 1-2 hours.
- Cover a baking tray with the aluminium foil and spray some oil on foil.
- Arrange the chicken onto the skewers. (If you don't have skewers, you can only put the chicken pieces on the tray)
- Broil in the oven on 450 degree (on top shelf) for 10-15 minutes or till the chicken pieces light brown, check in between.
- Turn chicken over and spray some oil and continue to broil for another 5 – 7 minutes.
- Now your Reshmi Kebab is ready. Serve hot with green chutney and some salad.
