Ingredients
- Cauliflower/Gobi(1,broken into florets)
 - Potato (1 medium size,you can avoid potato also)
 - Tomato(1 medium size)
 - Ginger(1/2 inch)
 - Cashewnut paste(2-3 tsp)
 - Fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi(1tsp)
 - Cinnamon stick(1-2)
 - Cumin seeds(1tsp)
 - Coriander pdr(1tsp)
 - red chili pdr(1tsp)
 - Turmeric pdr(1tsp)
 - Butter/cream(1/2 tsp)
 - oil and water as needed
 - Salt to taste
 
- Cut the cauliflower and potato into medium size and wash properly.Keep aside.
 - Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the vegetables for 5-6 min(see the picture)
 - Take out the fried vegetables into a plate and keep aside.
 - Take chopped tomato,ginger,cumin seeds in the blender jar and blend into a smooth paste.(Add water if required)
 - In the same pan heat some oil,add the tomato paste,turmeric pdr, red chili pdr,salt , cinnamon stick,coriander pdr, kasoori methi. Fry for 23 min.
 - Add little water,cashew paste, cook for 2-3 min , now add the fried vegetables.
 - Add water according to your consistency of gravy.Cook for 5-6 min in low heat.
 - Add butter/cream to it and switch off the flame.
 - Now your Creamy Gobi is ready. Serve with paratha or naan.
 - You can take this on your fast.(Its without onion and garlic).
