Chili Garlic Fish



Ingredients
  • Boneless fish(200gm) you can take any boneless fish
  • Dry chili paste(1tsp)
  • Soya sauce (2tsp)
  • Corn starch/corn flour(2tsp)
  • Garlic chopped(2tsp)
  • Ginger chopped(2tsp)
  • Tomato puree(2tsp)
  • Chili sauce(1tsp)
  • Spring Onion(chopped,1/2 cup)
  • Capsicum(1/2 cup,diced)
  • Onion(1/2 cup,diced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Water and oil as needed
Preparation
  1. Wash and clean the fish, cut into diced.
  2. Take a bowl, add fish,dry chili paste,soya sauce 1tsp,salt, corn starch and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the fishes till well fried.Keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in another pan and fry capsicum and onion for 2-3 min, Keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in the same pan, add little oil to it,put chopped garlic,ginger,and spring onion. Saute for 2-3 min.
  6. Add tomato puree, chili sauce, soya sauce, salt and water(according to the consistency of gravy)
  7. Cook for a while and mix 1 tsp of corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and add to the gravy.
  8. The garvy becomes thick, add fried fishes,some spring onion ,fried capsicum and onion to it
  9. Now your Chili Garlic Fish is ready.Serve hot with hot steamed Rice.
