Ingredients
- Paneer/cottage cheese(250 gm)
- Capsicum/ green bell pepper(1/2 cup)
- Onion (1cup)
- Garlic finely chopped(2 tbsp)
- Red chili paste (1 tsp)
- Green chili(1 )
- Soya sauce (1 tbsp)
- Schezwan sauce(2-3 tbsp)
- Red food color(pinch, optional)
- Tomato Kechup(2tbsp)
- Spring onion(optional)
- coriander leaves
- Oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Cut the paneer into cubes.Cut the onion and capsicum into cubes.
- Put a pan, add oil and deep fry the paneer cubes for 1-2 minutes.
- Take another pan, add oil, when the oil is hot add chopped garlic.
- Saute the garlic for 1 minute add red chili paste,schezwan sauce, onion, capsicum, fry them for few minutes add green chili, soya sauce and little water.
- Now add fried paneer, spring onion,tomato kechup, salt.At last add chopped coriander leaves.
- Now your Schezwan Paneer is ready. Serve with Roti or noodles or you can eat it as a stater.
