Ingredients
- Paneer(250gm)
- Onion sliced(1/2 cup)
- Onion cubed(1 cup)
- Ginger-garlic paste(1tbsp)
- Tomato chopped(1 small size)
- Turmeric pwd(2tsp)
- Red chili pwd(2tsp)
- Coriander pwd(2tsp)
- Garam masala pwd(1tsp)
- Bay leaf(1)
- Sugar (1tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Oil and water as needed
- Heat oil in a pan, put bay leaf,sliced onion, fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste,chopped tomato,turmeric,red chili,salt to it. Fry till the masala leaves oil on it.
- Add Paneer and cook for 5 min.
- Add Cubed onion,garam masala,water,sugar to it and cook for 2-3 min. switch off the flame. sprinkle some coriander leaves on it.
- Now your Paneer Do Pyaza is ready. Serve with Roti or Naan.
