Ingredients
- Fish (2-3 pieces)You can take any fish
- Onion thinly sliced ( 1 small size)
- Ginger-garlic crushed(2tbsp)
- Tomato chopped(1 small size)
- Turmeric pwd(2tsp)
- Red chili pwd(2tsp)
- Cumin seeds crushed(1tsp)
- Coriander pwd(1tsp)
- Garam masala(2tsp)(Cinnamon and cardamon pwd)
- Meat masala(1tsp,optional)
- Bay leaf(1-2)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar (1tsp)
- Oil and water as needed
- Coriander leaves
Preparation
- Clean, wash the fish and mix with turmeric pwd and salt, keep aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish till becomes brown.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add oil,add bay leaf, onion and saute for 1-2 min.
- Add ginger-garlic crushed(not finely paste), salt,turmeric ,coriander pwd,red chili,cumin seeds crushed,tomato one by one.
- Fry it till oil leaves out ,add little water and again fry.
- Add fried fish,garam masala,meat masala,sugar and cook for 2-3 min.
- Now your Fish Masala is ready.Garnish with some coriander leaves. Serve with steamed Rice and Dal.
