Paneer Chilli - Dry



Ingredients
  • Paneer/cottage cheese(250 gm)
  • Capsicum/ green bell pepper(1/2 cup)
  • Onion (1cup)
  • Garlic finely chopped(2 tbsp)
  • Red chili paste (1 tsp)
  • Green chili(1 )
  • Soya sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Spring onion(optional)
  • coriander leaves
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste



Preparation
  1. Cut the paneer into cubes.Cut the onion and capsicum into cubes.
  2. Put a pan, add oil and deep fry the paneer cubes for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Take another pan, add oil, when the oil is hot add chopped garlic.
  4. Saute the garlic for 1 minute add red chili paste,onion, capsicum, fry them for few minutes add green chili, soya sauce and little water.
  5. Now add fried paneer, spring onion, salt.At last add chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Now your Paneer Chili is ready. Serve with Roti or noodles.
