Ingredients
- Paneer(200gm,diced)
- Onion (1/2 cup, cut into cube)
- Capsicum/ Green bell pepper(1/2 cup, cut into cube)
- Garlic chopped(2tbsp)
- Green chili chopped(1tbsp)
- Cornflour (1/2 cup)
- Soya sauce (2tsp)
- White pepper powder(1tsp)
- Tomato kechup (1tbsp)
- Vinegar(1tsp)
- Sugar (1/2 tsp)
- Dry red chili(2 medium size,chopped)
- Water as needed
- oil for fry
- Spring onion chopped(1/2 cup, optional)
- Salt to taste
- Take paneer in a bowl, add cornflour,salt and mix well.Deep fry Paneer pieces and keep aside.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a frying pan on high flame, add onion, capsicum, chopped garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add water(3 cups),Soya sauce, white pepper powder, tomato kechup, sugar, vinegar, dry red chili, green chili chopped.
- Add salt to taste and bring to boil 3 minutes and fried Paneer to the gravy.(You can adjust to your gravy by adding water
- Now mix 2 tsp of cornflour and 1/2 cup of water in a bowl and add to the gravy.Let the gravy becomes thick.
- Add spring onion and switch off the flame.
- Now your Paneer Chilli Gravy is ready.Serve hot with Chinese noodles.
