Ingredients
- Basmati/Long grain rice(1 cup)
- Carrot chop (1/4 cup)
- Beans chop(1/4 cup)
- Green peas(1/4 cup)
- Corn(1/4 cup)
- Potato Chop(1/4 cup)
- Black pepper powder (2 tsp)
- cumin seed(1tsp)
- Soya sauce (1tsp)
- Salt
- oil
- Water(1 1/2 cup)
- All vegetables should cut in same size.
Preparation
- Wash the rice and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker(U may use pan also)then add cumin seeds.
- Then add all the vegetables, fry them for 1-2 min.
- Now add rice,black pepper powder, soya sauce and salt. Fry another 1-2 minutes.
- Add water and keep it on medium heat for 5 minutes or 2-3 whistles.
- Now switch off the heat and keep it for 5 min.
- Now your vegetable pulao is ready.
- Serve it hot with Onion raita or any other curry.
