Ingredients
- Wheat flour (1 cup)
- Gram Flour (2 tbsp)
- Turmeric powder (1/2 tsp)
- Ajwain/Carom seeds powder(1/2 tsp)
- Coriander powder(1/2 tsp)
- Cumin powder(1/2 tsp)
- Chili powder(1/2 tsp)
- Garam masala (1/2 tsp,optional)
- Fenugreek leaves/kasuri methi(1/2 tsp)
- Salt (1/2 tsp)
- Oil (1tsp)
- Butter(optional)
- Water for making the dough
- You can add Finely chopped green chili and coriander leaves
Preparation
- In a bowl take all the ingredients except the butter.Make a smooth dough by using water.
- Then make roti by using dry wheat flour.
- Bake one by one.
- After baking the rotis if u want, you can brush some butter on it.
- Now your masala roti is ready.You can eat any of your favorite curries.
