Ingredients
- Fresh Cranberry (1 cup, washed and dried)
- Sugar( 4 tbsp)
- water (1/2 cup)
- Cinnamon stick (1-2)
- Cloves (4-5)
- Lemon zest(2-3 strips)
- vinegar (1/2 tsp)
Preparation
- In a pan combine the cranberries,sugar,water,cinnamon,cloves,lemon zest.
- Boil it on medium heat for ten minutes.
- Then simmer the heat for 2-3 min and add vinegar.
- Stir it and allow to cool.
- Your Cranberry Sauce is ready.Serve with bread.
