Corn Kebab

 
Indredients
  • Sweet corn (2 cups)
  • Green bell pepper/capsicum (finely chopped,1/2 cup)
  • Green chili (chopped,1-2)
  • Coriander leaves chopped (2-3tbsp)
  • Roasted cumin pdr (2tsp)
  • Rice flour (3-4 tbsp)
  • Cornflour (2tsp)
  • Bread crumbs (5-6 tbsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as needed

Preparation
  1. Crush(not fine paste) the sweet corn in the blender.
  2. Heat the crushed sweet corn 3-4 min in the microwave(if you use frozen sweet corn,if not then skip this step.
  3. Squeeze the extra water from the corn by a squeezer or by a muslin cloth.
  4. Put the corn in a bowl and add capsicum,green chili,coriander leaves,cumin pdr,rice flour,cornflour and salt.
  5. Mix it well and make it kebab or Tikki shape.(see the picture)
  6. Place the bread crumb in a flat plate and roll the tikki over it.
  7. Heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry the kebab/tikkis on medium heat till they becomes golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  8. Now your Corn Kebab is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
