Indredients
- Sweet corn (2 cups)
- Green bell pepper/capsicum (finely chopped,1/2 cup)
- Green chili (chopped,1-2)
- Coriander leaves chopped (2-3tbsp)
- Roasted cumin pdr (2tsp)
- Rice flour (3-4 tbsp)
- Cornflour (2tsp)
- Bread crumbs (5-6 tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
- Crush(not fine paste) the sweet corn in the blender.
- Heat the crushed sweet corn 3-4 min in the microwave(if you use frozen sweet corn,if not then skip this step.
- Squeeze the extra water from the corn by a squeezer or by a muslin cloth.
- Put the corn in a bowl and add capsicum,green chili,coriander leaves,cumin pdr,rice flour,cornflour and salt.
- Mix it well and make it kebab or Tikki shape.(see the picture)
- Place the bread crumb in a flat plate and roll the tikki over it.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan and shallow fry the kebab/tikkis on medium heat till they becomes golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Now your Corn Kebab is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
