Ingredients
- Chicken(500gm)
- Onion sliced(1 cup)
- Onion cube(2 cup)
- Ginger-garlic paste(2tbsp)
- Tomato chopped(1 medium size)
- Turmeric pwd(2tsp)
- Red chili pwd(2tsp)
- Coriander pwd(2tsp)
- Garam masala pwd(1tsp)
- Bay leaf(1)
- Sugar (1tsp)
- Lemon juice(1tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Oil and water as needed
Preparation
- Take the cleaned and washed chicken in a bowl and marinate with turmeric,red chili,coriander pwd,salt,lemon juice.
- Mix well and keep inside the fridge for half an hour.
- Now heat the oil in a pan, put bay leaf,sliced onion, fry till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste,chopped tomato,turmeric,red chili,salt to it. Fry till the masala leaves oil on it.
- Add marinated chicken and cook for 10 min.
- Add Cubed onion,garam masala,water,sugar to it and cook for 2-3 min. switch off the flame. sprinkle some coriander leaves on it.
- Now your Murg Do Pyaza is ready. Serve with Roti or Naan.
