Fish Charchari


Ingredients
  • Fish (200gm) ( You can take any fish)
  • Potato chopped(1 medium)
  • Onion chopped(1 medium)
  • Garlic(4-5 cloves)
  • Green chili(1-2 )
  • Kalonji(1/2 tsp)
  • Cumin seeds(1/2tsp)
  • Turmeic powder(1tsp)
  • Red chili powder(1/2 tsp)
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil (4 tbsp)
  • Water (1/2 cup)
Preparation
  1. First you cut the fish into cubes(small pieces).
  2. Take a pan, put oil,fish(raw) ,potato,onion,green chili,garlic cloves,kalonji,cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder,salt and water.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well and put the pan on mediun flame for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, when the onion becomes tender and fish is cooked, swich off the heat.
  5. It should be dry or semi liquid.
  6. Now your Fish Charchari is ready. Serve it with Rice and Dal.
