Ingredients
- Rava/Suji (1 cup)
- Yogurt (1/2 cup)
- Green chili chopped (1tsp)
- Coriander leaves chopped (2tbsp)
- Cabbage/carrot chopped (2tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Eno/baking powder (1tsp)
- Water as needed
- Take a bowl, put rava, yogurt, green chili chopped, coriander leaves chopped, cabbage chopped, salt,water.
- Mix all and keep 10-15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, add Eno/baking powder to the batter and little water to it.
- Make the batter for the Idli batter consistency.
- Grease the Idli frame by oil or butter.
- Put the batter to the Idli frame, cover the lid and put it on medium heat for 10 min.
- Take out the cover after 10 min,let it cool for 2-3 min and pick up the idli from the frame.
- Now your Rava Idli is ready. Serve hot with chick peas curry or Samber or chutney.
