Gobi Paratha




Ingredients
  • Wheat flour (1 cup)
  • All purpose flour/ Maida (2 tbsp)
  • Curly flower/ Gobi veri finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • Spring Onion finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • (If you do not have spring onion you can add chopped coriander leaves)
  • Salt (1/2 tsp)
  • Oil (1 tsp)
  • Butter/ghee as needed
  • Water as needed

Preparation
  1. Take a large bowl, add wheat flour, maida, chopped curly flower, spring onion,salt, 1tsp oil and make it a smooth dough with the help of water.
  2. Keep the dough in a air tight container for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes, make the dough into 5 big balls.Roll the balls by rolling pin with the dry wheat flour.
  4. Make it round or triangular shape.
  5. Now put a non-stick frying pan or tawa on medium heat, when the pan is hot put the raw paratha.
  6. Turn the paratha by adding butter/ ghee/vegetable oil on both sides.
  7. When the paratha turns light brown, take it out to a plate.
  8. Now your Gobi Paratha is ready.Serve it hot with Curry or Pickle.
