Quick & Easy Cranberry Sauce




Ingredients


  • Fresh Cranberry (1 cup, washed and dried)
  • Sugar( 4 tbsp)
  • water (1/2 cup)
  • Cinnamon stick (1-2)
  • Cloves (4-5)
  • Lemon zest(2-3 strips)
  • vinegar (1/2 tsp)



Preparation


  1. In a pan combine the cranberries,sugar,water,cinnamon,cloves,lemon zest.
  2. Boil it on medium heat for  ten minutes.
  3. Then simmer the heat for 2-3 min and add vinegar.
  4. Stir it and allow to cool.
  5. Your Cranberry Sauce is ready.Serve with bread.



Keep it in the refrigerator.  It can be stored  up to one month.
