Ingredients
- Boneless fish(200gm) you can take any boneless fish
- Dry chili paste(1tsp)
- Soya sauce (2tsp)
- Corn starch/corn flour(2tsp)
- Garlic chopped(2tsp)
- Ginger chopped(2tsp)
- Tomato puree(2tsp)
- Chili sauce(1tsp)
- Spring Onion(chopped,1/2 cup)
- Capsicum(1/2 cup,diced)
- Onion(1/2 cup,diced)
- Salt to taste
- Water and oil as needed
Preparation
- Wash and clean the fish, cut into diced.
- Take a bowl, add fish,dry chili paste,soya sauce 1tsp,salt, corn starch and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the fishes till well fried.Keep aside.
- Heat oil in another pan and fry capsicum and onion for 2-3 min, Keep aside.
- Heat oil in the same pan, add little oil to it,put chopped garlic,ginger,and spring onion. Saute for 2-3 min.
- Add tomato puree, chili sauce, soya sauce, salt and water(according to the consistency of gravy)
- Cook for a while and mix 1 tsp of corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and add to the gravy.
- The garvy becomes thick, add fried fishes,some spring onion ,fried capsicum and onion to it
- Now your Chili Garlic Fish is ready.Serve hot with hot steamed Rice.
